When Should I Choose Memory Care?

If you notice your loved one having trouble with activities of daily living, their safety has become a concern, or they have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or dementia, memory care provides a supportive environment for residents. With 24/7 access to highly-trained caregivers, your loved one’s physical, emotional, and social needs will be met.

When Should I Choose Respite Care?

Respite care is the perfect option for older adults needing qualified care for only a short-term stay. Our compassionate team can assist in a successful recovery when transitioning from hospital to home, or provide relief for primary caregivers to take a vacation or tend to personal matters. This no-strings-attached option allows for your loved one to discover the benefits of community living.

What Is Senior Housing?

Cliff House at Chestnut Ridge offers independent living apartments for income-qualified seniors. Amenities at Cliff House include a well-equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms with showers, spacious closets, and individual temperature control.

There are also physically accessible and visual and hearing impaired units available.

Rental rate includes maintenance, gas, water, sewer, and trash removal. Electricity and cable are not included.

How Can I Apply?

To apply for senior housing, applicants and members of the applicant’s household must all be 62 years old or older. The gross income of the applicant may not exceed limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

We also require landlord references, credit reports, and a criminal background check as part of the application process.
