Each one-bedroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a range and refrigerator, a modern bathroom with a shower, ample closet space, and individual climate control to keep the temperature just how you like it.
Physically accessible and visual and hearing impaired units are also available. Rental rates include maintenance, gas, water, sewer, and trash removal. Electricity and cable are not included.
HOW TO QUALIFY
Applicants and members of the applicant’s household must all be 62 years old or older.
The applicant’s gross income may not exceed limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Landlord references, a credit report, and a criminal background check are part of the application process.
