Personalized Senior Living in Wallingford

I am extremely happy with my decision to move here.  I have been impressed with the quality of care & concern shown by the staff, who are very approachable & concerned with everyone’s well-being.   I made a wise & happy decision to make Chestnut Ridge my new home.

The atmosphere was pleasant & inviting. Activities for the residents were always going on whenever I visited. The staff was always available to answer any of her questions or concerns.  I would recommend this place to my family & friends.

Where do I start? I have no idea how we came to Chestnut Ridge for a tour and signed on the dotted line that same day.  I have never met a group of people that are so giving of themselves without being asked.  It amazes me how staff have taken my parents under their wings when they have only been there a few weeks.  We love Chestnut Ridge.

We went for a tour and had a wonderful luncheon. Everyone was very friendly, and the place was very clean. Melissa went above and beyond from the very beginning; she answers all of your questions. Even after working all day she responded to our various other questions about the transition for my mother in law to make this move in easier. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one to give a shout out to Melissa as she will give you all the information and guidance. Everyone is so pleasant and kind when we come to visit.

My husband lived at the community and he felt safe & comfortable there. I was satisfied with the accommodations and value we received. He was satisfied with the dining and he was given enough food. The staff did their best with activities and he tried some of the exercises. Everything in the apartment got cleaned and the laundry service was good. The healthcare staff was knowledgeable, accessible, responsive and he was happy with them. Overall, I’d recommend it to other people and I know they were renovating the place.
